Great for taking with you and using as an extra bag on your return trip with souvenirs as well as for short trips.

The Expand Duffel folds up into a lightweight small size that you can easily tuck away in your luggage or carry-on in case you end up with extra "stuff" you get on your trip. It can also REPLACE your traditional carry-on, as it is quite spacious and well-constructed. I used mine on a recent trip to cold climes where I had to use a heavy jacket. When I came home, I simply put the jacket in the duffel along with dirty clothes and checked it! (I had a two-bag allocation.) It survived the luggage compartments of four different flights on my way home--actually doing better than my hard-shell luggage did (scuffs, etc. on the hard shell). Highly recommended.
