Within 14 days of receiving your order, you may return or exchange any of the following items purchased from FLIGHT001.COM with an original receipt or packing invoice:
Any full-priced book in its original condition;
Any full-priced unopened media (CD, DVD, VHS);
Any other full-priced merchandise that is in new condition including original packaging and accessories.

FLIGHT001.COM is currently unable to accept as returns or exchanges:
Sale merchandise;
Opened items;
Items returned more than 14 days after delivery;
  Items returned without an original receipt or packing invoice;
  Special orders;
  Any item that has obvious signs of use;
Gift cards.


You may return your item(s) to a FLIGHT 001 store or ship your item(s) to our Returns department.

You can return your item(s) to any FLIGHT 001 store — even items purchased on FLIGHT001.COM. Please bring the original invoice and the credit card used for the original purchase.

Price adjustments on FLIGHT 001 purchases are not permitted.
