Shipping Methods & Fees
Flight 001 ships all orders via UPS and USPS. Orders must be received by 12PM EST to be shipped and received on time. Next day shipping is available Monday-Thursday. We currently do not offer Saturday delivery for next day shipping.

*Shipping to Canada: Please be advised that Flight 001 is not responsible for taxes, duties, brokerage and/or delivery fees applied to international shipments. We kindly request that you contact your customs office to inquire about import regulations before placing your order, as we will not be liable for packages refused or held for delivery.
Returned parcels due to incorrect /incomplete shipping address by customer will ensue an additional shipping cost of $7.95 to resend to customer.

Return Policy
Items purchased from flight001.com may only be returned within 14 days of receiving your order, with an original receipt or invoice. Flight 001 is unable to accept returns on sale merchandise, opened items, special order items, items returned without a receipt or invoice, and items received more than 14 days after delivery. Returned parcels due to incorrect/ incomplete shipping address by customer will ensue an additional shipping cost of $7.95 to resend to customer. Full-priced merchandise returned must be in new condition, including its original packaging and accessories. Sale items are final sale only. We cannot give price adjustment refunds on FLIGHT 001 purchases. We will be happy to offer an e-Card reimbursement in the amount of the difference if purchase was made up to two days prior to sale.FLIGHT 001 reserves the right to modify its exchange and return policy.

You may also return your item/s to a Flight 001 store location with a copy of your receipt or order invoice, and the credit card used for the original purchase. Please note you will not be refunded immediately at that Flight 001 store location, but through our Flight001.com returns department.
Holiday Policy: Returns will be accepted through January 15, 2016 for all non-sale items placed on or between November 15, 2015 and December 25, 2015.

Our Flight 001 brand boasts a global cult following with a huge potential for further expansion into international markets. We sell travel products like no other brand in the world.
