RETURNS POLICY
All sale category items are final sale. Price adjustments are not applicable unless your purchase was made within two days prior to mark-down, in which case we can offer an e-card for the price difference, redeemable online only. Flight 001 reserves the right to modify its exchange and return policy.
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund with original receipt. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping
All orders will depart within 24 to 48 hours after placement and ship standard via UPS, Fedex, or USPS. This standard processing time of 1 to 2 business days are not included in estimated times of arrival.The ETA for your order is within 5 to 7 business days after processing. For speedier landings, you may purchase expedited 3-day, 2-day, or next-day shipping at checkout. Flight 001 U.S. orders currently only travel within the U.S., Canada, and Puerto Rico. However, international Flight 001 deliveries may be on the horizon. For special requests to shipping areas outside of the U.S. and Canada please email [email protected] with your order and address.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
**Shipping to Canada: Please be advised that Flight 001 is not responsible for taxes, duties, brokerage, and/or delivery fees applied to international shipments. We kindly request that you contact your customs office to inquire about import regulations before placing your order, as we will not be liable for packages refused or held for delivery. Returned parcels due to an incorrect /incomplete shipping address by customer will incur an additional shipping cost of $5 to resend to customer.
